Purpose
The purpose of this assignment is to: a) research a global healthcare issue related to a population, b) identify New Sustainable Development Goal focusing on the healthcare issue, c) investigate agencies’ and nursing’s involvement in meeting the goal, d) propose a plan for nursing to contribute to meeting the goal for a country currently not meeting the target, and e) present ideas in a clear, succinct and scholarly manner.

Introduce the New Sustainable Development Goal and population issue you are reporting on.

Describe how the New Sustainable Development Goal will enhance healthcare or resolve the healthcare issue affecting the population you are reporting on.
Discuss one agency focusing on helping countries meet the New Sustainable Development Goal
